Graduates and new starters face a fresh set of challenges when entering the workforce. This workshop explores the pressures graduates face and introduces a number of practical techniques to improve well-being
Embracing the change - this workshop explores what the menopause is, the signs and symptoms of the menopause and considers the best way line managers and leaders can create the correct working environment to support women at work.
To enable staff to explore their issues in more detail, we offer private half hour one-to-one talking therapy and coaching sessions. Sessions are with a qualified therapist and are conducted in a relaxed, confidential environment where staff can share both work related and personal issues.
Grief, Loss and Well-Being
Grief affects us all. Loss does not just focus on death. Help staff who are overwhelmed by loss explore types of grief, the symptoms and strategies to manage loss in the workplace

I recently engaged with Invoke Well-being who led a session on Graduate Well-being as part of Homes England's Summer Internship Programme. I found the session exceptionally helpful with lots of practical tips to manage stress. I will definitely be inviting them to lead another session next year.
